Groundwater Intelligence & Property Screening

Know what you actually have beneath your land

Before you buy, sell, or invest, you need a clear understanding of your groundwater—not assumptions.

We evaluate your property using regional data, local knowledge, and proven hydrologic methods to give you a realistic picture of water availability and long-term sustainability.

Services Include:

  • Water availability assessment (Ogallala-focused)
  • Saturated thickness and historical trend analysis
  • Nearby well interference risk
  • Regulatory constraints (spacing, production limits)
  • Long-term sustainability outlook

Permitting, Compliance & Production Reporting

Stay compliant without the headache

Groundwater regulations in the Texas Panhandle require ongoing attention. Missing a requirement or filing incorrectly can create costly problems.

We handle the process for you—accurately, efficiently, and in direct coordination with your local groundwater district.

Services Include:

  • Permit applications and renewals
  • Annual production reporting
  • Compliance inspections
  • Meter verification and documentation
  • Coordination with local groundwater districts (NPGCD-style)

Well & Pivot Flow Testing / System Verification

Make sure your system is performing—not costing you

Many landowners assume their wells and pivots are operating correctly—but never verify performance.

We provide field-based testing to confirm actual output and identify inefficiencies that can impact both production and long-term water use.

Services Include:

  • Well yield verification
  • Pivot flow testing
  • System performance evaluation
  • Baseline vs. expected output comparison
  • Clear, documented results

Asset Mapping & Water Management Planning

Turn your water into a managed asset—not guesswork

For multi-well operations or long-term ownership, water management requires more than basic oversight.

We provide GIS-based mapping and planning tools that give you a clear picture of your groundwater system and help you make better long-term decisions.

Services Include:

  • GIS mapping of wells and pivots
  • Pumping intensity visualization
  • Decline hotspot identification
  • Interference and risk mapping
  • Long-term water management strategy
